Depending on the type of event (standing/dancing, seating and dining arrangement), the occupancy can vary. We can accommodate groups up to 200 guests on average. We will help determine an ideal guest list number during our consultation.
You will have access to a private lounge upstairs with a full bathroom and seating, ideal for getting ready and freshening up. A caterer's kitchen is also available to you and your vendors. Table and chair rentals are available separately through a third party at the time.
The building will be open to you at 8 a.m. on the day of the event, and must be vacated by 12 a.m. If your event goes beyond 12 a.m., you will be charged for an additional day.
We have a list of vendors we recommend, but you are welcome to use whoever you would like.
We do not have tablecloths available to rent at this time.
Yes, we allow BYOB and you are liable for the amount your guests have.
There are parking spots running all along Main Street, and on streets around the building.
We will take care of that! We just ask that you take your personal belongings and decorations with you at the closing of your event.
